Be Creative

Don't do it for the money, do it because you need the creative outlet.  Do it because you need to add your own little spin to something and leave your mark on the world.  Find something you love to do and do it just because you love it.  In fact, why stick to one thing?  Why not piece by piece make everything around you something that you love?  Life is short, love the journey.

The Message

We each have the power to reach another person. To make a difference in just one persons life. What would happen if tomorrow we each decided to be extra nice to one person?

Last night as I slept, a young lady began to desperately send me text messages. Unbeknownst to her, she had the wrong number. And as she poured her heart out, pleading for her ex to come back to her, no reply came.   When I woke this morning, my heart broke for her. For in her messages I could see she had a beautiful soul. 

And so I gave her the same message I would tell my own daughter. You are strong, and you are beautiful. The right man will see that for himself without any attempt on your part to plead for him. 

Day 1

Have you ever had the feeling in your life that you are meant to do more? That you have a calling that is waiting for you?  A purpose just around the corner?  And yet maybe you feel unprepared, as I do.  

This blog is to chronicle my journey as I prepare for the start line, of whatever purpose may be waiting around the corner for me.
